The HGM series superfine grinding mill is the new-type product with high-level techniques, developed by 118 Technology, with more than 20 years’ experience in the R&D of powder grinding equipment, absorbing the good powder grinding techniques and concepts. It is applied to process the non-flammable and explosive materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and a humidity of less than 7%, such as quartz, feldspar, calcite, limestone, talc, etc. The final product’s fineness can be adjusted at random between 0.18mm (80 mesh)-0.01mm (800 mesh).
After the large block of stone is fully crushed by the crusher, it is evenly fed into the storage bin from the bottom to the top by the bucket elevator, and then sent to the main machine by the vibrating feeder orderly. The material entering the grinding chamber is scooped up by the blade, pressed and crushed between the grinding roller and the ring, and blown into the grinding chamber under the action of the fan, blowing the powder into the analyzer for sorting. The powder that does not meet the fineness requirement is re-dropped into the grinding chamber for processing. The qualified fine powder enters the finished cyclone collector with the airflow, and is separated from the air and discharged from the discharge port to be finished products. The air returns to the fan from the upper return air duct to form a circulating air path, which can flow under negative pressure.
