PCX hammer shaping crusher adopts the advanced production technology and process. PCX hammer shaping crusher is widely used to crush kinds of brittle materials and materials with medium hardness, such as limestone, coal and so on.
The main working part of the hammer crusher is the rotor with hammers (also called hammer heads). The rotor of the hammer crusher consists of a main shaft, a disc, a pin shaft and hammers. The motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed in the crushing chamber. The material is fed into the machine from the upper feed port and is crushed by the impact, impact, shearing and grinding of the high-speed hammers. There is a screen plate at the bottom of the rotor. The particles smaller than the size of the screen hole in the crushed material are discharged through the screen plate, and the coarse particles larger than the size of the screen hole are retained on the screen plate and continue to be hit and ground by the hammers, and finally discharged from the machine through the screen plate.

Widely Applied:it is particularly suitable for crushing limestone and stone with a compressive strength of less than 200Mpa.
High Degree of Automation:Use an external oil pump, fuel tank, pipeline lubrication system. The machine can automatically shut down when the oil temperature is too high or the oil flow rate is too slow.
